Why when I define the Kz value it turns to Kx in the output file and when we define Kz,Ky,Kx they are according to the local axis of the member right ?
Check the note about the axis convention in the Output file before the design results for AISC 360-16:
Yes, K parameters are with respect to the local axis of the member.
