T-beam bridge

Question

T-beam bridge is a monolithic structure of slab and girders. Is Creating deck and beams separately gives good results ? 
 how to model the above section?

Please model the deck with a mesh of plates and the beams using beam elements. Please ensure that the beams are split at all the plate nodes which would ensure proper connectivity between the plates and beams and the structure would behave like a monolithic one.
