You should double check the ranges entered for the floor load, as it does not seem to be correct for the DL.
Dear Mr.Modestas,
I have tried many option by changing Y Range in the floor load. But, i didn't find a way to enter the floor load as dead load. Could you help me to find the solution.
The range values you have provided is wrong and hence the program was unable to create loading. I have rectified the same and was able to see the load. In your file the ranges were as shown below.
I have changed the marked fill in such a way that a closed panel can be identified within that range. Please see below snap.
You may try with this range in your case and let me know if your issue is solved.
Dear Mr.M.Abhisek,
Thanks for your response sir. Now, it seems good.
But,I have one doubt. pls clarify that. My building height is 9.3 m only. Why do we want to enter the Y range as 9.4 m to 9.3 m?
Dear sir,
Please check the file i have attached below. I am facing the same problem again. Kindly clarify that one.
With Regards,

The Z range is wrong in your case. It should be 0 to 4.78.
When we are using range, we generally provide a range encompassing the co-ordinates. So if the co-ordinate is 5.35, you can give range as 5.35 to 5.35 or 5.3 to 5.4, something like that.
Thanks for your response. Now,I have understand about the floor load. Once again thank you sir.
