It seems that Notional load can not be used as a mass source for the frequency analysis.
Eigen solution doesn't detect it.
Rayleigh gives wrong fundamental period.
Please confirm.

Yes you cannot use notional loads for mass definitions. So as far as modal calculation or any of the dynamic analysis, you would have to explicitly define the loads that you are trying to apply through notional loads.
Rayleigh should still work though with notional loads, I think.
