this worked. Thank you. Also, thank you for the link for the revision history. I will submit this for our administrator. Please find attached the .stp file

Let me check your file in my version (22.03.00.28) first and then we can take it up from there. I would still recommend that you talk to your system admin for the upgrade as 21.00.02.30 was released more than 2 years back ( March of 2018). So practically you are using a software that is more than 2 years old and missing out on all of the fixes which are listed in the revision history below

I appreciate your timely response. I attempted to upload file via the insert file option but I receive an error. If you are able to provide me another means of sending this I am glad to provide for your examination.

Our current version for Staad.Pro CE is 21.00.02.30. Unfortunately, I cannot so easily update to the newer version you indicated as company wide licensing approval is required. If there is a fix for this particular issue which is corrected with the newer version, I would then request from Bentley any details indicating this which I can submit as part of our request for company wide update of package. I know you cannot help with this but would like to confirm that this is resolvable without updating, which is the best option for me within the next few days for my deadline.

If possible please provide another means for me to submit file to you for your review.

Thank you for your response.

Are you using the latest STAAD.Pro CE ver 22.03.00.28 ? If not, that is something I would recommend doing first. If you are using this version and still facing the issue, please send the .stp file that you created in Structure Wizard and I will see if I can replicate the error at my end.
