the bottom chord of my trusses is failing due to compression at wind load upward alone load case 5. But i want to ignore this case which will never happen alone due to dead load of 1 kn/m2 on the roof.I want to check my steel with load combinations dead+wind.so is it possible in staad to ignore alone wind load case and check the design on remaining cases.?file is also attachedWARREN theater f2.std

You may use a LOAD LIST command to instruct the program to consider some specific load cases/combinations during the design. For example, add LOAD LIST 5 TO 10 before the design parameters block in the input file and load cases 5 to 10 will be considered during the design.
