Good Day,
I am currently working on a commercial space project,Ground Floor will be Laundry Shop/Rental, No concrete plans for 2nd and 3rd floor, but if succeeding floors will be laundry as well, how should i design the loading of the floors? i cant seem to find a good category for the laundry in our local code
Will it be superimposed or live load?

Without knowing your building code or the software you are using it's tough to say. Laundry in my experience is not particularly heavy.
Or for laundry machinery, see the manufacturer`s recommendations for loads.
