How would i go about checking in a licence that was assigned to an email that doesn't have connection to our organisation.
The licence was checked out then an issue occurred with the profile and now i can no longer access the licence as it's checked out to an email address.
Which STAAD.Pro version are you using?
Hi Finally got the version number off the user. Its' 20.07.11.82 would uninstalling and re-installing release the licence ?
