Whenever i want to apply floor load or any other load like wind load etc in which we need to define x ,y & z ranges. if i am defining y range than it will automatically take x and z range.
why its happen i don't know.

The ranges are necessary to position you Floor loads in the model, for example applying patch loads, or loading only a portion of panels, or placing corridor loads, etc. Please refer to STAAD.Pro Help manual chapter TR.32.4.3 Floor Load Specification for exhaustive information on Floor Load options.
