I'm a plan reviewer with the city of San Jose. I'm reviewing a new hockey arena and I have some questions about how RAM processes automated ELF procedures and seismic drifts for structures that have collector columns. It's a BRB building, but thin strips of diaphragm around the arena are supported laterally by columns which span between the ground floor and the roof.
