Can anyone enlighten me about this failure? It say failure since L/R Exceeds
But removing this member, make the whole framing passed?
How in the world can that member affect the whole frame? And why is the first one failed in L/R?

When a member 39 is present, it generates a small axial forces on horizontal beams. When a small compression exists, the design routine automatically checks the slenderness of the members. Most of the members are not passing this slenderness check.
When a member 39 is removed, not compression force in horizontal beams is generated, so the slenderness check is not performed.
You can ignore the slenderness check by using a value of 1 for the design parameter MAIN.
