I would expect the followings in the model-

Modelling of diaphragm- Rigid Diaphragm can be used 
 Secondary beams should have moment release 
 Irregularity checks should be performed 
 On the basis on irregularity check results, RSA should be used 
 Torsional effect should be incorporated
