We are not able to find any correlation between the load cases in the XLS file and the ones in the SFA file. Further, your calculations in the XLS file don't seem to have considered the effect of the moments on the pile reactions.
In the Help menu, you will find a verification manual. You will find a number of examples of pilecaps, with detailed steps showing how the pile reactions are computed.
If you choose the Pile Layout - Predefined option, the program goes through all possible arrangements from the built-in library. For any of the service load cases, a pile arrangement is deemed suitable only if the forces in the pile are lower than the pile capacity multiplied by the capacity increase factor specified for that load case.
