The file below, job name "H1" doesn't design. The program indicated "0 warning and 1 error"
This file was edited by spreadsheet.
I added another job in this file, of which he design was finished. So the problem might be related to the job.

Your footing is under uplift. You will need some forces to stabilize the footing. One among that would be the soil above footing. In your model, the Depth of soil above footing is set as 1.3mm. Is that correct? When I change the depth of footing and depth of water table unit to m, I am able to design the footing. Find the attached modified file7444.H1-10M.sfa
I used SFA of last year's version.
The program provides an output table for pedestal design, but calculation formulars are absent.
For footing design, the calculation is pretty specific.
Does the version you used give specific calculation of pedestal reforcement design?
For reinforcement of pedestal, their are steel maximun and minimum ratios in global settings.
But the actual main steel rail is beyond the maximum ratio in global setting.
Which version of SFA are you using? The current version of SFA doesn't have this option. This was an old implementation and we have removed it recently.
Does the current version use steel ratio in global settng or refer to clauses in US code?
In the current version of SFA (Build 9.3.0.14), the minimum and maximum steel percentages for the pedestal design are as per the limits defined in the ACI codes : 0.01Ag and 0.08Ag as per Section 10.6.1.1 of ACI 318-2014 and 10.9.1 of ACI 318-11.

The .sfa model, SFA gives a result table of main reinforcement for pedestal, steel ratio is 1.02%Ag, how did this ratio come?
For pedestal design, strength of main reinforcement and ties have to be the same.
Thre is no option to define strength for stirrups.
The governing load case, and forces and moments used in the design are reported in the pedestal output. 1.02% longitudinal steel means that only minimum steel is required.
Currently, only one value is available for strength of steel. It applies to the pedestal main reinforcement and stirrups.
