Ram Connection Connect Edition V13 Update is installed in my machine but the connection client software update shows RAM Connection Connect Edition Update 1 is available.
I tried to update but not effective.
Please advise solution.
Since we switched from 32 bit to 64 bit program architecture since version 11, you will need to download the Ram Connection installation fro Software Downloads. RAM Connection CONNECT Edition
I have already downloaded & installed rc6413020125en but still same issue.
Did you remove the old version 11 (x32)? That might clear it, but if v13 is working as is I would leave it alone.
