I have created a .xlsm file with some VBA scripts meant to use RAM DataAccess. The scripts are working great for nearly everyone in our office except for one person who is having some weird "Class Not Registered" errors come up when he tries to run the script (screenshot of error below). I blieve the class it is referring to is RAMDATAACCESSLib.RamDataAccess1, but I think that is just because it is the first RAM DataAccess class used in my code. I can't seem to replicate the error on my end and it doesn't really make sense to me since we've already had him make sure his Microsoft Excel and RAM are fully updated. I'm wondering if it has something to do with this similar error mentioned under Bentley's AECOsim section of the website: https://communities.bentley.com/products/building/building_analysis___design/w/building_analysis_and_design__wiki/33771/vba-error---class-not-registered
I'd appreciate it if anyone had some incites into what could be going on here. Thanks!
Here is the error that he received:
Is this a 32 or 64 bit VBA application? With the latest version of RAM SS we stopped distributing the 32 bit DataAccess dlls causing some people problems.

Sounds promising! Yes he appears to be using a 32-bit version of Excel at the moment. We're working on getting him set up with a 64-bit version and then I'll check back in once I see if that does the trick
OK, if you need the 32 bit dlls I can send them as another way around it.
Thanks! We were able to fix the issue by installing 64-bit excel on that person's computer.
