In dynamic analysis you referred the mass load to be idealized as reference loads, in this case is the software distinguish between mass vs. dead load? such that dead load shall not be counted twice..
Is there a way to automate the dynamic analysis to account for the SCALE factor, dynamic masses and all other dynamic design factors to be calculated automatically like for example RAM SS?

When a mass type reference load is specified, the software only considers that load for calculation of mass for the dynamic analysis and no other load types like dead or gravity are considered. So there should not be any double counting.
Scale factors have to be entered manually in STAAD.Pro
