MStower ANSI TIA 222-G K factors

Question

Greetings, 
 According to Section 12 of MStower user manual - Member checking, Member checks to TIA-222-G: Effective slenderness ratios KL/r are determined in accordance with Tables 4-3 and 4-4, using member classification and continuity information generated during tower building. 
 Is this calculated automatically in MStower in all possible cases? 
 When I define two bolts for x bracing connection result for value of K should be approximately 0.9. Can this be defined somehow manually in geometry input?

 Please find attached a verification check on the slenderness value used by MStower for members 2227, 2228, 2229, 2230 from your model.

In MSTower, you cannot define the K factors in the tower data file but you can definitely input the factors while checking member design. 
 Checking design option will bring up the following dialog box and it will allow you to code specific factors or override those as shown in the highlight block 
 
 If you can provide us the file and provide additional information about what kind of section you are trying to design, we may be in a position to offer more assistance.

Hi Boris, yes the effective length is calculated by MStower. Please note that the con value should be specified for each member or the software will assume the member is concentrically connected.
