My company is having the above licence. My questions are :-
1. (On a same computer) If I use RAM SS and ISM at the same time, does it counted as two licences?
2. If I opened Revit (with ISM plugin), although I am not using the ISM, does it activated one Bentley licence?
3. (To use only one licence) If I close the RAM Structural System, how long is the waiting time before I can open the RAM Concepts?

ISM (Structural Synchronizer) is a free feature, so you should not worry about it's licenses.RAM Structural System and RAM Concept uses different licenses, so you can use both applications at the same time if you have a license for both.

I am not quite understand about the different licences.
Our subscription is the "Select Open Access", we have the entitlement to use both software.
For example if we only have one licence on "Select Open Access":-
1. Can I use both software at the same time (on one computer)?
2. If I only allowed to use one software at a time, then how long is the waiting time between shutting down one software and opening another software? I heard it is between 10 min and 60min. So I need your advise on the correct timing.

Yes; If you do not own the licenses, you will be billed separately for each product.

You are allowed to use two software at a time. If RAM SS and RAM Concept both are used at the same time, or they are used simultaneously in one machine, in both cases, if you do not own the licenses, you will be billed separately for each product.
