Hello
Please see attached image. Staad Pro toolbars locations have been reset in my system and I am unable to fix this issue. Requesting guidance to resolve this problem.
Thank you.
Close STAAD.Pro Go to Start menu -> click Run-> type REGEDIT and click Ok. The Registry Editor window will appear. Delete the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Bentley Systems\StaadPro\20.07.11\Toolbar Close the registry editor and reopen STAAD.Pro
Thank you for your response Sye. I tried but not able to delete the key. Please see screen capture below.

Make sure that STAAD.Pro is closed. If it still does not let you delete, please ask your system administrator to do this for you.
The system admin tried but was unable to delete that key. A re-install of Staad is proposed. Would you recommend a software installation folder clean up? If yes. I would appreciate some further guidance.
Is it ok to keep SS6 and CONNECT edition on same computer?
That is odd. Well in that case, you may ask the system admin to uninstall STAAD.Pro v8i, search the registry by the term STAAD and remove all such keys/strings manually. Anything left over in the installation folder ( default C:\SProV8i SS6 ) can also be deleted manually.
The better solution would be to just install the STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition. Yes it can co-exist with STAAD.Pro v8i but the support for STAAD.Pro v8i is going to discontinued at the end of this year. So the best solution at this point would be to migrate to STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition.
