I have a slender structure, 5 m x 2.4 m of height 18 m. I wanted to replace the lateral bracings from level 6 m and above with the metallic sheeting, 6mm or more. I have added the plates of thickness 6mm to simulate the sheeting and by adding intermediate members to limit the supported area of sheeting by 1.1 m x 2m. How can I verify if this design is safe according to Eurocode?

You need to perform the design of the members to see if the members are passing the Eurocode check. If you are trying to design a steel plates, I am afraid that this cannot be done by the software, at least STAAD.Pro. You would need to check the stresses at the steel plates manually.
