Connection not compatible message when designing base plate using RAM connections

Hi, I'm trying to design pinned base plates using RAM connections through my STaad Pro model. Keep getting the error message: Connection is not compatible with this type of joint. Can you please help? attaching a screenshot of the error message.

I see that you also filed a service request for the same. Try to stick with one support channel, please.

 In this case I think you need to use the Gusset Base plate type since thee are braces there.
