Wind Load for Load Case missing

Hello, 
 When I run the RAM FRAME I get this error. Why would this occur on one level and not every load case? I have c hecked the total applied load in the loads and applied forces report versus the total base shear. Its only a couple kips.

In a semi-rigid diaphragm the wind load gets applied to the nodes along the edges. You can see this using process - results - applied story forces. There may be an acute angle to the edge or missing deck assignment causing the issue.
