I am using RAM Element Truss design Module. When viewing the report it says the one RXN is zero. the truss is symmetric so the RXN should be similar?
In the Home screen, double check that the Supports are both pinned (or one pinned and one roller if that's what you want). If you still get 0 reaction at support 1, send over the file and let us know your version of Ram Elements.
Also make sure you are using the latest version, 16.02.00.88.
