Can somebody help me how to get rid of this Script error when opening STAAD Pro
I'm using windows 10, if that is the case, is it okay if it always prompt when im opening the STAAD pro Connect?
As far as the working of STAAD.Pro is concerned, this message would not have any bearing on that and so it may be ignored. When you get a chance, you may try uninstalling STAAD.Pro and reinstalling it which may take care of the script error message.
I have discussed this issue further with our development desk. The script error that you mentioned about are not specifically being thrown by STAAD.Pro but can be due to a variety of reasons. However as I mentioned in my last post, the working of STAAD.Pro would not be affected by this script error.

we had the same problem in our company and the issue seems to be related to 'Connect Advisor' version: 10.1.0.283. We downgraded all the users to 10.01.00.270 and Script error did not reappear again. All the other solutions advised by Bentley did not help.

I would recommend upgrading to the latest STAAD.Pro. I have also e-mailed you the answer through a Service Request.
