MSTower applying existing tilt: How can I model existing tilt/deflection to a tower?

I can find anywhere in the GUI on where to apply existing tilt on tower. Do I change the nodes manually, if yes, where?

A tilted tower can't be modeled using the wizard in MStower, however it may be possible by building up the tower using UDP's (user defined panels).
