why is that when opening Steel AutoDrafter steel sections are represented by centerlines while concrete sections are viewed as 3D rendered sections ? Is it possible to view the steel sections as 3D rendered sections as well ?

the facility to view steel sections in 3D is not available in Steel AD. it shows steel sections in a single line only. as it is a drawing generation tool, this view is restricted to 3D view of steel sectionsSTAAD has option to shoe 3D view for steel section thus it is not available here. it would have just duplicate the work.
