I was using RCDC V 09.04.00.128, then I was about to input the Fy (275) and Concrete property (21) in material properties. However, RCDC is showing an error that the value is not in the permissible range of values . here is a screenshot of it. ..
Also, How can you change the units inside the software from english to SI?

Hiif you want to use ACI 318 M (metric unit code), please select respective code from RCDC. There is no option to change unit from English to SI.refer below snap,
