How to Check BMD and SFD in case of Mesh model.

Dear all, 
 Kindly guide me on the following topic. 
 How to check and compare for similar results of SFD and BMD in Case 1 model, with FEM model in case 2 ? PFA image for details.

Couple of points. For plates one can get plots of BM and Shear stresses. STAAD.Pro does not report in plane moment for plates (MZ) which is what you are looking for in this case. You can certainly refer to the Postprocessing mode Statics Check Results table and FY and MZ values for Loads ( or Reactions ) would give you the same moment and shear values at the support as shown in the beam diagram.
