When I use try to generate any report, the program crashes as shown below.

The error log starts with:
Exception 0xc0000005 at STAAD.PRO CONNECTSTAAD.PRO CONNECT version 22.04.00.40
Exception String: 'Access Violation'
.....
Please advice how I can work around it. It happens every time and for every staad file, so not a random issue.

If that still does not resolve the issue, please install the latest version 22.05.00.131. In fact I would highly recommend that you upgrade the software to version 22.05.00.131 anyway
@Sye: Thank you for the response. I tried the steps mentioned in the link above, but still face the same issue. Will try upgrading the version to 22.05.00.131 (but it may not happen in the near future at my end). In case you have any another solution, do let me know.
