plywood floor diaphram in RAM

I have a 2 story wood framed building 175'x72' with interior steel framing supporting wood trusses.  This is a spec building with no interior build-out at this time.  Too many windows/doors to rely on exterior shear walls.  I have moment frames parallel to the long face and braced framed parallel to the short face.  Floor deck is 3/4" plywood with 1" gypcrete.  Roof deck is 5/8" plywood.  Any suggestions on deck properties and flexible or pseudo/flexible diaphragm?
