RAM Concrete - Moment Calculation

Is the support for the beam assumed to be at the face of the column for beams?

Therefore, for a simply supported beam (pinned - pinned) will the max moment be the same as calculating the moment based on the clear span as opposed to centerline to centerline?

(some of this may be model specific and I can create a ticket if needed)

1. I have all beams pinned in the major axis. However, I still have moments in the columns. The columns are fixed top and bottom. The deck is a one-way concrete deck. What the moment from?
2. If I change the top of the columns to pinned, I get excessive deflections (I'm surprised there isn't a stability error thrown). Typically, I would think something is "spinning" but I'm not sure if that is the case. Any ideas here?
