We're having difficulties in creating connection at our W-Shaped Apex. We've already usedf Moment End Plate BS Apex ( Apex Moment End Plate, Beam Splice) from Basic and Smart Connection. See attached Photos.

I was able to assign the Apex Moment End Plate connections in your model without any issue. If you are not using STAAD.Pro CE version 22.05.00.131 yet, please try to upgrade to this version and see if that helps.
Really? We're using STAAD.Pro Advanced CONNECT Edition - Version 21.00.02.30.
