I am not finding the circled loading combinations in ASCE 7-10 or the 2015 IBC. Can you lead me to where these are found?

What is your design code? In Ram Concept, default load combinations are based on the design code (we don't have a building code per se, except when it comes to Live Load Reduction). For details on the program default load combinations, check the program manual, e.g. Section "64.2 ACI 318-14 default load combinations". You can edit or delete combinations under Criteria - Load Combinations.
I selected ACI 318-14; I looked in the code and in the program manual and am not finding any factored combinations consisting of 0.9D combined with live and snow loads.
It's conservative to always consider that the DL could be 1.2 (default load factor with Live) or it could be 0.9 (alternate factor), but that's our nature. Delete those combos if you don't want them.
