When in imported the accdb file in rcdc and select Columns&Walls option after it is showing columns only. not shearwall.
HiPlease check whether you have defined pier numbers to wall modeled in E-tabs.Information of Wall (Dimensions and forces) are available to RCDC only when you define these as piers.

HERE IS .accdb FILE. IM USING RDC 9.04
Hias per my understanding, when you try to redesign or re-detail the combined walls and generate detailed drawing, it is showing error.i would suggest you following,
The marked column and wall are overlapping each other. i would suggest you to split the walls at column face. Columns can be modelled as pier in E-tabs. this will help to avoiding increasing the stiffness overlapping members. if you model wall up to column face (avoid overlapping of members) will give correct analysis result .pls try this and check the output.
