&lt;p&gt;I can see 2 issues in your file.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. You need to place &amp;quot;FLOOR DIAPHARGM&amp;quot; block after &amp;quot;Reference LOAD&amp;quot; definition block.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. You should uncheck the accidental torsion in seismic definition, instead use DEC acc parameter in seismic load case to take care of torsion for IS189302016 part 1 code.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
