Scanning the whole floor might turn up something. If you don't see any gaps or bad meshing evident in plan view, then it must be minor. Reviewing deflected shape in 3D view is also useful.

Seth, The warning does not provide coordinate for the area in question. Any ideas how to approximate the location on plan?

If it's a mixed slab with one and two way decking (aka hybrid slab), then it all gets meshed.

I like to review the mesh in plan view and zoom into the area of the warning to see what's missing or poor about the mesh. Sometimes it's so tiny not to worry about.
