WALLS ON SUBSTRUCTURE DO WE LOAD IT?

Hello Guys! I am currently working now on my substructure I only just have ONE QUESTION do we or you load the walls on your substructure (like the walls on ground floor that is above the tie beams) do we or you load it on those tie beams, if not why? and if yes why also? Thanks for replying this in advance : )

I think the wall loads should be considered on the tie beams and these beams should be designed for it. My guess is, you are asking because your beams are supported on grade in which case the wall loads are going to transfer directly to the soil through bearing but what if the soil is not there for some reason and the beam needs to support the wall ?
