I have a question about a welded column splice connection in RAM Connection.
The selected connection is a shear connection (only in the web column). I select the option for welded connection with symmetry in the connection and apparently everything is ok. (The connection data is not real and I just put it in to generate the figure)
However, when I ask to see the DXF figure of the connection, only the top part is correct. The bottom is not drawn symmetrically to the top. In the connection data, the values are correct.
My question: Only the representation of the connection in the DXF drawing is not symmetrical and the calculations are all correct or am I doing something wrong in the connection settings?
