Why does ductile column fails in axial load in RCDC?

Why does ductile column fails in axial load in RCDC where same  column with lesser size under same loading and moments  if designed as regular passes the design. why?

    as per IS 13920-2016, 7.1 axial stress in column due to all load combinations should not exceeds 0.4 fck. The ductile detailing clauses are applicable only if axial stress are less than 0.4 fck. refer below snap,

    So, if axial stress exceeds 0.4 fck, RCDC shows failure in axial stress in column. I would suggest you to increase concrete grade Or increase column size to pass this check.
