Hi,
I'm running an AITC code check on a wood floor system. The ANL file gives the check for each member, but for actual stresses it takes the stress at the member START. I see LOCATION is 0.0000. I have BEAM = 1, but that seems to have no effect. Can I not get it to use midpoint moments for the actual stress code check?
thanks, Peter

I found one more aspect of this problem of BEAM =1 not working, It does work with the older AITC 1984 (TIMBER) code check. So I read that SELECT is not working with AITC 1994 (AITC) and it looks like BEAM is also not working. That's too bad. It really makes STAAD pretty defective for wood design.
