hello Son Nguyen,

It can be done in STAAD. Once you create the reference load cases then please create a primary load case. under that select repeat load and reference load as shown below.

From here you can add them. This is a manual process. I am attaching one sample model.

During creation of reference load there is an option to define load type as shown below.

If you define the types then the program will allow you to use auto load combination option to generate repeat loads as shown below.

You may try this also and let me know the outcome.

It seems that a repeat load can not be made from reference load cases. Could you have any further instruction on this?

If you provide Primary load cases in your file the program is going to analysis for those cases. What you are trying to achieve can be done in the following way.

You need to define reference load cases 1, 2, 3 etc. Then you can create repeat load using those reference load cases and program will analyze for repeat cases only then,
