The problem is the editor defines alpha as -90 degrees, so V is parallel to local Y, and U is parallel to local Z. But it seems working fine in my system with 22.05.00.131. If you are using any other version please upgrade to this version. If you are using the same version then please capture a video to make us understand the steps.
