Water Retaining Concrete Sump Design for Leakage Test

Hello,

I am using Staad Pro Connect Edition Version 21.03.00.146.

I am trying to design water retaining concrete sump for leakage test case using Plate element.

There is no Top Slab during the leakage test and fill inside of concrete sump by water to the top of the wall.

I found that side wall top side plate element has big "SQY" shear stress.

Plate No. SQY (kN/m2)
Plate Center Stresses
SQY (kN/m2)
Corner Stresses
at Node 1763
SQY (kN/m2)
Corner Stresses
at Node 1762

Corner Stresses
at Node 1783
#1684 104.103 151.311 56.8953 56.8953 151.311

As you can see, Plate #1684 is located top point of wall and when comparing bottom node(i.e. 1782, 1783)  and top node(i.e. 1763, 1762)

top nodes are almost three(3) times bigger than bottom nodes.

I try to find the reason, but I have no idea about this specific value.

Q1. Please check attach staad file and give me an advise this result is reasonable or not.

Q2. If this specific value is not reasonable, how can I show the more reasonable result in staad post processing result?
