RAM SS ERRORS

Hello,

Please find below link to ram model of one of my project. I was able to remove almost all the warning. The only only warnings left are about slab edge being not right and one warning is about not having support. The former one I tried to see and find the slab edge as fine. Not sure why is it giving me an issue. Is it because the slab is overhang? Need your guidance on it. Coming to the later warning issue, I have double checked supports been provided. Can you please look into it and help me out. This is happening on PL3 and PL2 levels.

  • The slab edge warnings can be avoided if you create a complete perimeter of beams and offset the slab edge outboard from that perimeter. See below for more:

The wall issue can probably be resolved by segmenting the walls such that the segment line in elevation matches the location of the supporting column below. See below for more:

  • Seth,

In the above image I looked the suggestions you provide. I am using 90" to 94" overhang at most locations. I agree at most other locations on other side of building slad edge overhang is 0". I looked at the skewed beam

It doesn't look to be skewed in the model.

And I cannot place beam because in that case the load gets transferred to the beam instead of the tilt up walls. The slab overhangs are spanning in outward direction and if I add beam then the load is transferred to tilt up wall as two reactions at two ends instead of continuous line load. Let me know if there are any alternatives that I can perform to get rid of the warnings.

I have yet to look at the other image comments but I was wondering how were you able to obtain that image.

    Thanks,

    Ankith
