Is there a command or any icon in GUI that can be used to consider the old age of the building?
Example situation: You are tasked to check the building because there will be a equipment/water tank to be installed on top of it. Say 17 years is the age of the building.
I already consider MEMBER CRACKED in staad, The main purpose of the design is to check if the elements of the building still can resist the equipment to be installed on top of it.

No, there is no such command in STAAD. You may use the Property Reduction Factors in the Specification, to consider the reduced sectional properties of the structure.
