I tested your file, MODELO LAGUERA MIXTO 5.0.rss, in version 17.02.01.23 in Ram Concrete beam and column modes. the Take off reports are stalling on me as well. If I can find a good solution I will reply.
It's something about the complex slab/decks in this model. If I replace the layered patchwork of decks with a single deck applied to each story using Whole Floor then it works. It may only be a specific deck polygon that were are stuck on, and you could find that through trial and error if you need to. But if you freeze the columns and beams first, then try my trick in a copy of the model that is used for reporting the takeoff only, it should report what you need.
