Yes this happens even when you a big project some of the slabs are not detected in RCRD, i think this needs to be resolved.
This happens when there is a very small length of beam in a panel. Here, in the model the below marked member is creating the problem. If you change the geometry in such a way that small beam will not occur then the program will be able to detect the panel.
having said that, I have approached the development team with this issue so that this type of issues can be handled in future releases.
