RCDC is not detecting Shearwalls. I am using RCDC 10 and walls have pier labels too.

We have checked the mdb file share with us and found discrepancy when the data was exported from ETABS.
Referring to 'Wall Bays' table, any wall (considering a particular level) will always have 2 points at the level under consideration and 2 points at the level below it.
In the mdb file share by you, we observed that walls from W199 to W683 had all the 4 points at same level.
