I have a wall tank to design, whose wall material are steel plate of 12mm.I have performed analysis but when it comes to design on assigning design property there is no option to assign parameter on plates only beam, i need a help on this
That's correct. The steel plates are not designed in STAAD.Pro. You need to perform the design manually, by considering the analysis results (i.e. Von Mises stresses).
